This is a fascinating collection of hypnotic regressions conducted and reported by Dolores Cannon. Her subjects were people who had physical, psychological, relational and/or spiritual questions. Cannon started out expecting she would be helping people by regressing them to earlier times in their lives when they had experienced traumas that were contributing to their current life issues. By helping them remember and clear their earlier traumas, Cannon was able to help them clear many of the issues in their current lives.To her great surprise, many people also reported phenomena that she herself was not familiar with, including past lives on earth and otherplanets; encounters with extraterrestrial beings; experiences in lives on other planets; interventions by spirit guides and angelic beings;and between-life experiences as discarnate beings.Although she was at first skeptical about many of these reports, she found that people were often profoundly transformed through the information received during these hypnotic sessions. She was certain she herself had not suggested them because many had been unfamiliar to her.Gradually, she cam to accept that these reports were of real experiences. These were transformative, in ways similar to the transformations experienced by people undergoing current life regressions. More convincingly, numbers of different people reported similar experiences in regressions she facilitated at different times, in different geographic locations and in people who were totally unfamiliar with each other.Examples:• A woman who is driving at night misses a turnoff and pulls into a cul-de-sac to turn around and a white light shining from above the car draws her upward, out of the car. She experiences herself as a being of light. She is transported to another world, which is vaguely familiar to her. Gradually, she comes to realize she had lived there before and that she was sent to planet earth to gather information. (p. 116-131)• Several people reported past lives in Atlantis. They claimed that extraterrestrials, guided by a galactic council, had helped this group of humans to develop their psychic abilities and had taught them to use various forms of energy (that are not in use today within conventional science). This accelerated them into an advanced civilization. Misuses of these energies led to collapse of Atlantis. This left collective trauma memories in the consciousness of humanity.• Animal transpersonal awareness tends to be more of a collective consciousness than an individual transpersonal consciousness.• There are animals living underground, of which humans have no knowledge.• We are seriously limited by our disbeliefs. Our karmic self “determines what distractions we hold onto.†(p. 297) These limitations are chosen by our karmic self in order to provide and enhance life lessons.• Verbal language limits our understandings and beliefs about the world. “...by putting a word on something vast and limitless and without sharp edges, we tend to narrow those highways.†(p. 298)• “It’s really not necessary to eat anything. The globe that we live upon is living in a living plasma. In this plasma are all elements necessary for life. This is beyond what we think of as air, water, light. But suffice it to say, that all necessary nutrients exits in an invisible form allover the Earth. The problem is that this plasma is affected by thought and by actual physical pollutions, and in many parts of the globe is no longer pure. What you call “extraterrestrials†need not physically eat. They can receive from the cosmos plasma, unpolluted, undistorted life force.†(p. 300)• Under hypnotic trance, people can access the future as well as the past. Numbers of people see scenes in which life as we know it currently on earth is ending or has ended.• Numbers of hypnotic subjects reported experiences that did not involve life on other planets but rather in alternate universes. There they had experiences on a planet earth that was in a few or in many details significantly different from their experiences on the planet earth we recognizeas our own today.There can always be questions about hypnotic regressions being the creations of fantasy or of the hypnotist’s subtle or obvious suggestions. However, many of Cannon’s subjects reported similar observations that surprised her. The subjects with overlapping stories had no knowledge of each other and made their reports at totally different times – often years apart. Cannon herself found at first that many of these stories were difficult to believe.The process of uncovering these reports was usually healing for problems that the subjects presented to Cannon– as occurs with hypnotic regressions to traumatic events in people’s current lives and in their past lives within living memory. This book somehow feeds my soul with hope and rememberance. I feel addicted to it, as if it was my a much treasured phone line to my source, to my home.I consider it a texbook with fundaments of how the universe works, something I treasure very much and I wish one day it becomes a general knowledge even taught at schools.However, at first it was very difficult - even if amazing - reading, but then I somehow became able to dive deeper into it, understand it more intuitively maybe, and now I am already devouring the Book Two of this series. I no longer can - nor want to - stop until I am done with all parts.
I've read the series 1-4 and you don't have to go in order reading them . They are mind benders. Everything you knew but never would say a word because people would think you are nuts. I am a stargazer and have studied the bible and the psychic energies. I am a Starseed . And always have been . Im also an empath with visual aquity as well . If you fall in these areas you will love these series. The books are written in small chapters and at first I left them in the bathroom for quick reads. After Book 1, I went on to 2 and I think its the better than book 1 and I love book 4 as well. I liked them so much that after purchasing the set I bought it on Kindle also. You can read them at night as you dose off as well. Its not heavy ready its fun to read and imagine the lives of the people giving the readings. The people hypnotized are special in that they belong to a small percentage of the population and can be put under so deeply that they become the subject they are viewing. She gives reading from people on space ships as well. And surprisingly, at first i thought it was just entertainment but as the years went on I was seeing the things the readers said come true. The aliens liked Deloris because she had a motherly way about her and was very gentle and caring and did not want to ruffle feathers. As I watch the world I see what I learned in her books happening. It worked for me. I have researched interdimensions in video also and seen the things she talked about as well in black on black 700x focus into the black night. They were life changing for me. I loved the woman she was so genuine.
